  • When will my order arrive?

    Your tracking number will be provided once your package has shipped. It will be sent via USPS priority mail, typically arriving in 3-5 business days.

    If you purchased Route purchase protection with your order, you can file a claim here.

    We are not responsible for any lost orders during the shipping process. If you have any questions or issues, please email us or file a missing mail search request with the USPS here.

    Any apparel orders and phone cases, are directly shipped from our collaborator, Printful. Please see refer to their shipping policies.

  • Can I return my order?

    No returns or exchanges can be received. All of our products are carefully illustrated, designed and packaged by the artist and making each one unique.

    However, if you do have any issues with your order, please let us know!

    For apparel and phone cases, our collaborator, Printful fulfills these orders, so you can contact them directly for additional service.

  • Image Rights

    Almonte Studio retains all the rights to all orders, artwork, and any custom illustrations or commissions. No reproductions or alternations or any kind are allowed.

  • When is ________ getting restocked?

    We are predominantly a one-woman show, meaning we try our very best to restock your favorite items but running a small biz isn't easy.

    If you want to know when something is added to the shop, check out our new arrivals collection and be sure to follow our instagram, and set notifications as we always share there when a new item is live.

  • Shipping Policy

    Orders placed during Mon-Fri are typically shipped out within the week between Wed-Fri. But please allow up to 5 business days for printing and or packing of your order before it's shipped. Any orders placed after 4pm on Friday, will go out the following week as the post office closes at 5pm.

    If a package is lost in the mail or stolen, it's the customer's responsibility to contact their post office and file a claim before contacting us.

    Replacement of stolen or lost packages are judged on a case by case basis. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.

    If a customer provides an incorrect mailing address and the order has already shipped, Almonte Studio is not liable to replace the item. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.

    By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
